1. Sponsor

This SOLO STOVE BONIFRE 2.0 (Sweepstakes ID: 1415007273654162023) DoublePlays.com Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by DataSurge LLC ("Sponsor"), 6070 West Chester Road, West Chester, OH 45069.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Rhode Island.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• A verified U.S. mailing address and DoublePlays account verification are required to participate and to claim a prize.
• Not eligible: Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, distributors, printing/fulfillment partners of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, child, step-child, sibling, or step-sibling) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three months per year), whether or not related.
• Void where prohibited by law. Participation is null and void where the Sweepstakes or any part of it is restricted or prohibited by law or where registration, bonding, or other requirements apply and Sponsor elects not to comply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

• Start: 09/09/2025 at 12:00:00 Eastern Time ("ET")
• End: 11/05/2025 at 12:00:00 ET
• All online entries must be received before Sweepstakes "End" as specified above.
• Mail-in Postmark & Reception Deadline: Mail-in entries (see §4(b)) must be postmarked by 10/29/2025 and received by 11/03/2025.

4. How to Enter

Sponsor may offer multiple entry methods. All entries, regardless of method, are combined into the same pool and have an equal chance to win.

5. Entry Limits; Prohibited Conduct

• Maximum Entries per Person: 100 total, across all methods combined (including online free claims, AMOE mail-ins, and platform-based activities).
• Creating multiple accounts, using automation/bots, submitting entries that do not comply with these rules, or otherwise attempting to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification of some or all entries at Sponsor's discretion.
• By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection; Randomized Drawing

• Randomized Drawing: On or about 11/05/2025, Sponsor or its independent judging agency will conduct a randomized drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select the potential winner(s).
• Alternate Winners: If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond, fails verification, refuses the prize, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, repeating as necessary until the prize is awarded or Sponsor determines that awarding the prize is impracticable.

8. Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• There are no multiple prize tiers or tier-specific odds unless expressly stated in §6.

9. Winner Notification & Verification

• Potential winners will be notified via email at the address associated with their entry within 3 days after the drawing. Sponsor may also attempt contact via phone or other means at Sponsor's discretion.
• Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return within 7 days of notification: an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal), and an IRS Form W-9 (for prizes with ARV ≥ $600). Sponsor may require notarization where appropriate.
• Failure to timely respond or to timely return required documents may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected per §7.
• A winner may decline the prize; if declined, Sponsor will select an alternate winner per §7.

10. Taxes

• Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
• For prizes with ARV ≥ $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded.

11. Publicity

Where legal, participation and/or prize acceptance constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's name, likeness, city and state, and any submissions for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation or notice.

12. General Conditions; Fairness; Tampering

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in good faith if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
• If Sponsor makes any material modification (e.g., extends the entry period due to a verified outage), Sponsor will publicly announce the change on DoublePlays.com via notification (and, where required by law, provide notice to applicable authorities).
• Disclaimers: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or postage-due mail; for incorrect or inaccurate information; for technical failures, network or server issues, website/app errors, delays, interruptions, or any other telecommunications or equipment malfunctions; or for any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer or device related to or resulting from participation or downloading of materials connected with the Sweepstakes.
• Anti-Tampering: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, violates the Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.
• Notice of Remedies: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Void where prohibited by law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at doubleplays.com/privacy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and for other purposes consistent with that policy.

15. Winners List / Promotion Results

For a list of winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with the request for "Winners List" to Sweepstakes Title to Sponsor at 6070 West Chester Road, West Chester, OH 45069 to be received within 60 days after the End Date. Sponsor may publicly announce winner(s) on DoublePlays.com and/or Sponsor's official social media channels, identifying winners by first name, last initial, and city/state.

16. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

• Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any DoublePlays.com sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.
• Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only; class actions, representative actions, and collective proceedings are expressly prohibited.
• The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any relief available under applicable law, including compensatory, statutory, and injunctive remedies, but may not consolidate claims of multiple participants.
• Unless otherwise required by law, each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except that the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees as permitted by applicable law.
• Opt-Out Option: Participants may opt out of this arbitration agreement by submitting a written request to the Sponsor at 6070 West Chester Road, West Chester, OH 45069 within 30 days of their first entry into any sweepstakes. Opting out will not affect eligibility to participate.

17. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.

18. Informal Resolution and Venue

• Before initiating arbitration or any permitted court proceeding, participants agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Sponsor at support@doubleplays.com and allowing up to 30 days for a response.
• If the matter cannot be resolved informally: Arbitration applies as outlined in Section 14; however, nothing herein prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property rights, unauthorized use, or confidential information.
• To the extent any dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state and federal courts located in Butler County, Ohio, and participants expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

19. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
• Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
